See that he has 16,000+ views. Notice he's got over 800 comments which is close to the number of likes he's had on his video. It is clear to me that he puchased this traffic.
The Bad News
- He paid for the comments
- He paid for the fake likes
- Probably most of his views are fake and paid for
The Good News: It Worked to Help Him with His Ranking
It worked to get him to the top of a YouTube search in spite of this technique, now he's got high ranking for: Empower Network.
Notice how all the comments were mostly from 2 months ago? But, there is very little action after his paid campaign was over. You can even go to page
10 of the comments and see that those all came in 2 months ago. It's a tell-tale sign of one that has paid a service. Notice he's had very few comments this month
